Florence Patient Tracking allows your staff to better manage the patient flow in each clinic.
Within Florence you can create a configurable set of events for each patient visit. This may be simple for some clinics, or very complex for others.
Florence Digital Display Interactive Whiteboards enable staff to see each clinic's patient list and wait times, identify and address bottlenecks and make appropriate adjustments with real time information, with easy drag n'drop touchscreen gestures.
This same data can also be used to inform patients of their potential wait times for their appointment consultation.
PATIENT WAIT TIMES TRACKING
LOBBY QUEUE DISPLAY

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH FLORENCE
With the integrated Florence Patient Tracking functionality you'll have important wait time and queueing data for each clinic at your fingertips...
Individual clinic queues and wait times can appear on a touchscreen monitor display mounted on the wall in the back office for the nurses and clinicians to use not only as a convenient visual display of the real time clinic activity, but also to maneuver the queues with the touch of a finger to maximise scheduling for the most efficient use of the clinic.
This wait time data can also be published to the Florence Self Check-in Kiosks so the patient is informed of their estimated wait time upon arrival. The data can also be published to video displays in the waiting areas, if desired, along with the option to alert patients on these screens both visually and audibly. And soon Florence will make this wait time data also available for notifications on the patient's mobile device.
Florence can capture and log a number of key appointment events as a patient progresses through their outpatient journey:
Time of arrival
Time called for appointment (call into clinic/consultation room)
Time appointment started (arrival after a call or a move into clinic/consultation room)
Time appointment finished (departure from clinic consultation room)
